Description
This is a brand new A4 UV printer designed for precise printing on flat surfaces. It is easy operating and of universal usage. Not only is it suitable for different kinds of plastic, fabric, and leather, you can also count on it while printing on metals, wood, bamboo, glass, ceramic, stone and so on. UV printers are widely used for making mobile phone shells, puzzles, escutcheons, labels, decoration pictures, leather wares, etc.
Products of any color can be printed by using colored and white UV ink. It's able for direct printing without pre-coating, heating or any pretreatment. Our printer is equipped with both air and water cooling, enabling UV ink to dry immediately after printing. We are clear that printers without extraction fans are often faced with the problem that machines can often be polluted by the ink, causing frequent malfunctions. However, our printer is equipped with a strong extraction fan for extracting ink spray, thus decreasing malfunctions significantly. Combined with the anti-corrosion pump, its lifespan is increased obviously.

Cautions
- It is better to keep some cleaning liquid in stock in case the machine needs cleaning.
- If you use white UV ink, shake it on alternate days and check before printing.
- Press the ink button and check to print every time when printing has been stopped for more than one hour.
- Room temperature may influence printing quality. Surroundings are suggested to be controlled between 20-30ºC, humidity 40%-70%.
- RIP software is necessary for printing white color, and its inner ICC is very good for all colors.

1. What materials can UV printer print on?
Printers are multi-functional printers: it can print on any materials such as phone case, leather, wood, plastic, acrylic, pen, golf ball, metal, ceramic, glass, textile, and fabrics, etc...
2. Can LED UV printer print embossing effect?
Yes, it can print embossing effect, for further information or sample pics, please contact our representative salesman.
3. Must it be sprayed a pre-coating?
Some material need pre-coating, such as metal, glass, etc
4. How can we start to use the printer?
We will send the manual and teaching video with the package of the printer.
Before using the machine, please read the manual and watch the teaching video and operate strictly as the instructions.
We will also offer excellent service by providing free technical support online.
5.What about the warranty?
Our factory provides one year warranty: any parts (except print head, ink pump, and ink cartridges) questions on normal use, will provide new ones within one year(not include shipping cost). Beyond one year, only charge at cost.
6. what's the printing cost?
Usually,1 square meter need cost about $1.
The printing cost is very low.
7.how can I adjust the print height?
Hawn printer installs an infrared sensor so the printer can detect the height of printing objects automatically.
8.where can I buy the spare parts and inks?
Our factory also provides spare parts and inks, you can buy from our factory directly or other suppliers in your local market.
9.what about the maintenance of the printer?
About maintenance, we suggest to power on the printer once a day.
If you don't use the printer more than 3 days, please clean the print head with cleaning liquid and put in the protective cartridges on the printer (protective cartridges are specially used for protecting print head)
