1. The nozzle is slightly clogged
a. Whenever you find that the nozzle is a little clogged, press stop without hesitation. After the printing job, use the manual ink pad or negative pressure to eject the ink from the nozzle to clean the nozzle, and finally, use a plastic squeeze bottle to spray some cleaning solution on the surface of the nozzle to wash away the residual ink. Note: Do not use too much force when using the manual air pump, otherwise the nozzle will be damaged due to excessive pressure.
b. Be sure to deal with the slight clogging of the nozzle without hesitation, which is very critical to keeping the nozzle in an optimal state during the long printing process. In addition, it is also necessary to carefully check the condition of the nozzle and find the reason for the clogging of the nozzle.
2. Frequent nozzle clogging during printing
a. Press first to stop the inkjet operation, and move the machine head to the leftmost cleaning position. All the computers and equipment should be turned off.
b. Keep the power of the equipment turned on, and unplug all the signal lines of the liquid level sensor connecting the auxiliary ink tank to the control panel of the machine head.
c. Pull out the ink supply sac on the nozzle, and then use a glass syringe to draw a special cleaning solution to clean the nozzle. Method: use 40ml of cleaning solution every 10 minutes, 3 to 4 times in total.
d. After cleaning, reinsert the ink sac and use the ink pad to draw out the ink.
3.The treatment method when the above treatment methods are not effective or have no effect for the time being
a. Remove the nozzle from the nozzle tray
b. Pour an appropriate amount of special cleaning solution into a clean glass container (for example a beaker), it is advisable to submerge the bottom of the nozzle by 2 ~ 3mm after putting it into the nozzle, and it must not soak into the main board of the nozzle. Soak it for 10 minutes and pump the cleaning solution with a syringe Rinse with the spray hole, and repeat 2 times. Note: Do not touch the main board inside the nozzle with cleaning fluid, otherwise it will damage the nozzle. The time must be strictly controlled to prevent damage to the nozzle, and it must be noted that the continuous use of the cleaner should not exceed three times.
c. Use a glass syringe to extract 40ML of cleaning fluid to clean the nozzle. Only when the water is in a straight line can the cleaning be effective, and the nozzle can continue to be used.
