Then what is the Direct to Film (DTF) Printing Solutions?

Direct to Film printing, or DTF, is a new technology that allows users to print designs onto special films.

These films are then transferred onto a garment of choice using an adhesive and can last as long as silkscreen prints. Similar to most heat transfer processes; a quality printer and heat press are necessary for maximizing this process.

Then what consumables do you need?

DTF2

In DTF printing, it is important to have high-quality ink to avoid clogging of the print head.

Our R&D team tried a variety of inks. Due to the high-density ink configuration, most of the inks were clogged and damaged our print heads.

After 5 months of ink testing, our team managed to obtain ink with low ink density and will not affect print quality.

After months of endless research, we are proud to launch our own textile ink series DTF INKS STP-PI10.

This is specially made for DTF printing with our machines, because our printers have proven their versatility.

Another important material for this process is the printable film.

Ordinary PET films just won't do with DTF printing. Untreated, low-quality films can smudge the print, not accept the adhesive, or destroy the garment altogether.

This is why we need DTF film. This specially-treated film can withstand high up to 210 degrees Celsius and up to 40secs of hard pressure on a heat press.

This high-quality printable film is compatible with any desktop or large-format DTF printer.

Finally, you will need high-quality adhesives Hot Melt Powder to hold them all together. Our special adhesive is durable, keeps the transfer soft, and can withstand more than 40 washing cycles.

Our rubber powder is durable before and after pressing, does not have too much odor, has excellent coverage and excellent industry standard transfer rate.

Even better, any excess binder powder can be stored and reused for the next transfer, ensuring that no binder is left unused.
